2% on withdrawals. That's the main thing.

Protocol fee

When you withdraw, 2% goes to the Claimr treasury. Enforced by the smart contract.

Withdraw 1 SOL → you get 0.98 SOL, protocol gets 0.02 SOL.

Minimum withdrawal

0.04 SOL. Below that, transaction costs eat too much of the amount.

Collection cost

Moving funds from the Pump.fun vault to the PDA costs whoever triggers it about 0.00005 SOL. That's just standard Solana tx fees, not a Claimr fee.

Rent

Solana accounts need ~0.00089 SOL to exist. If you're not withdrawing everything, you have to leave at least that much behind. The contract enforces this - it won't let you leave dust that would get the account closed.
